TNC Custom Dog Crates are designed and fabricated in Minnesota USA. TNC dog crates offer the safety and security that owners demand for their pets.

These crates are also designed for the houdini dog in mind! They can be used in the home, on travels in the car or at dog shows and trials the options for you to maximise the use of these crates are endless.

These crates are also suited for working and government service dogs

K9 Pro is offering you the chance to get a high quality secure crate that you can also customise with your colour  + accessories!

We will be offering these crates as a preorder option and  for you to have your own crate designed and then ship these over to us. Due to your crate being custom made in the US there will be a wait time, but we believe the quality of these products is worth the wait!

These crates are made from aluminium. The crates will come flat packed with instructions on how to build your crate. It's just a matter of putting bolts in the appropriate holes and tightening them.

You have two options to consider when ordering your TNC crates. 

Option 1- Select your crate size, colours and contact us at orders@k9pro.com.au with your shipping address and we will confirm your pricing total for you.

If you wish to have any accessories, you can also purchase these at the same time.

When ordering your crate let us know your colour options for your door and crate in the order comments section.

You have four sizes to choose from

Small - (76.2cm L x 58.42cm W x 66.04cm T)

Med - (86.36cm L x 60.96cm W x 71.12cm T)

Large - (101.6cm L x 60.96cm W x 71.12cm T)

XLarge -  (106.68cm L x 66.04cm W x 76.2cm T)

Weights of crate will range from 20.5 Kilos to 22 Kilos

Please note our doors will come standard with guard doors for those dogs who try to bite bars.

The guard door design and vent set up in the body of the crates prevent your dogs from damaging their teeth. The below picture shows the guard door and the vent design on the crates - as well as one of the many colour options!

Option 2- You have the option to customise every detail of your crate to you and your dogs needs! This includes your size, vent syle, door type, latches, number of doors, colours plus accessories.

Colour options when choosing your crate!

You have  a wide range of colours to choose from! You can have fun finding just the right colour for your dog's crate.

You can choose from textured crate colour or gloss colours and you also have the option to choose a sparkle topcoat too. If you would like us to send you a snapshot of a particular colour design, send us an email at orders@k9pro.com.au and we can arrange this for you!

Return and exchange - Please note as these crates are custom orders, there is NO return or exchange.

10-Year TNC Crate Warranty

We at TNC Crates strive to build a quality product that is US made and built custom to your needs, while we have spent hours making your custom crate things can happen and we want you to know that you are covered! All crate hardware and craftsmanship are covered for 10 years from manufactured defects. Free replacement parts or even a crate replacement is provided within this 10 year timespan to the original purchaser (and is non-transferrable) on the following:

• Parts, hardware, material and workmanship defects that fail under regular use.
• Shipping charges for any warrantied work during the first 12 months of coverage will be paid for by us.
• Warranty work after 12 months from the purchase date will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

What's not covered under the warranty?

• Damage caused by accidents, lack of care, exposure to materials and chemicals, cosmetic damage, and wear and tear.
• Damage caused by the dogs including biting, scratching, salivating and bodily fluids.
• Misuse or alterations to the original crate design and function.

Should you experience an issue with your crate, please contact us immediately so we are able to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In no situation will our liability exceed the purchase price of the products purchased. Should a product become unavailable, we will make every effort to replace or repair, but reserve the right to replace the unavailable item with the equivalent part based on availability.

Dog Damage Warranty

Available only on our escape proof models, our dog damage warranty is included beyond the standard 10 year warranty to cover dog damage! If your dog damages the crate, causing a safety hazard to the dog when inside the crate, we will replace or repair the damaged parts.

Shipping will be covered by TNC Crates for the first year of purchase. After 12 months shipping, if needed, will become the purchaser's responsibility. Please note that replacement parts are limited to 1 replacement per part, per crate order.
