K9 Pro - The K9 Professionals is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. K9 Pro - The K9 Professionals is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future K9 Pro - The K9 Professionals customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders are packed and shipped for a variety of sites - in store, drop shipped to you direct from the supplier or come from a central warehouse.
We endeavour to have all orders filled and shipped out within 1-3 business days. There can be additional days where there is a public holiday.
If there are any unexpected delays on getting your order to you, our customer service team will be in touch via email to notify you of the delay and updated delivery timeframes.
Overseas Shipping
Please note that any addititonal Shipping costs or additional import taxes your country may charge are incured at the expense of the customer. K9 Pro do there best at all times to correctly calculate shipping expenses at checkout for you.
Custom or Special Orders
Where we have ordered in a custom product for you, payment is required in full prior to your product being ordered.
Once the order is paid, at this time you have agreed to accept the order terms and conditions. As this is a custom order for you, there is no refund or cancellation of the order for change of mind or time delays, or if the product did not meet your expectations or is incorrect wrong sizing (that you have selected), we cannot offer an exchange or refund. The only exception here is if we can cancel and get a refund from our supplier- but this is not guaranteed.
We can only process a refund or exchange if product is faulty.
Out of Stock Orders
Where we have an inventory error, we will notify you and you will have the option to wait for the product to come in, exchange your product to an alternative or get a full refund including the cost of postage.
Where you preorder an item that is out of stock, we will keep in contact with you regarding delivery timeframes, and our standard refund & exchange terms and conditions will apply. If the wait time exceeds your expectations, you are eligible for a refund in full, including the cost of postage - as long as this is not a custom/ special order.

Returns and Exchanges.
Yes, we will offer you a retrun or exchange if a product does not meet our expectations. We do not cover the return postage unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Warranties
If a product is faulty and you require a replacement please contact us at info@k9pro.com.au and we will assist you.
Please note that any approved warranty only covers the product to be replaced not the postage costs.

If the approved claim is lodged inside 30 days of you receiving delivery, K9 Pro will cover the return delivery costs to you.
If the approved claim is lodged outside 30 days of you receiving delivery, K9 Pro will not cover the return delivery costs to you and you will need to pay this expense.
Please note that in regards to warranties, these are held by our supplier not K9 Pro and the suppliers decision as well as their terms conditions and timeframes are final.
