Prong Collar for Behaviour Modification
Prong Collars Apply Even Pressure Around the Neck And Do Not Apply Direct Pressure To The Dog’s Trachea.
The design of these collars when used correctly, can be highly effective at establishing communication with your dog through mild pressure.
The pressure points allow less physical pressure requirements.
We recommend that all training aids be used by professionals or dog owners / handlers / trainers that have been educated on correct use.
Prong collars should NOT be used with a retractable (flexi) lead. Prong Collars should also not be left on when not being used. These are a training tool and not to be left on when not being used.
Collar Options & How to find the right one for your dog.
Our Prong Collars come in a brushed (not shiny) Stainless Steel only.
When choosing the right prong collar for your dog, we look at three factors (a large prong collar does not just go to a large breed dog for example)
First: The breed of dog
Second: The weight of your dog
These first two factors determine the collar size (small medium or large prong collars)
Thirdly: The neck circumference
This is to determine if you need to add or remove links.
When measuring you want the collar to be sitting high up on the neck and not loose so it does not slide up and down when using.

Collar guides
Please note when using the collar, to put it on your dog, you MUST open the links and put the collar around your dogs neck and then close the links. You do not slide the collar over the dogs head.
Small Collar Selections
Suitable for dogs up:
18 - 35 Kilos e.g. Boxers, Stafford’s, Poodles, Small Malinois, Doberman, Maltese, Pugs, smaller Labrador’s.
Small prong size. Comes with a 2.25cm gauge link and is supplied at 41cm in length.
Medium Collar Selections
Suitable for dogs up 30 to 55 kilos - German Shepherds, Rottweiler, Great Danes, Labrador Larger Belgian Malinois, Saint Bernard, Border Collie & many Bull Breed Dogs such as Bull Mastiffs.
Medium prong size. Comes with a 3.2cm gauge - supplied at 54cm in length.

Training aids are as effective as the user is competent using them, please consult with a trainer experienced in using prong collars rather than experiment with these collars.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
