With all of our Arrak handler wear that we only keep a small quantity of products on site. We order your Arrak items directly with Arrak once the order is placed by you. Arrak then ship your items to us. This is so your clothing arrives here and then to you in pristine condition.
Due to this shipping method, there is an expected delay of up to 4 weeks of all Arrak items.
If we become aware of extended delays or Arrak is out of stock of your product when we go to place the order, our customer service team will be in touch via email to notify you of the delay and updated delivery timeframes
The jacket is lightly lined to be used all year round. Adapted with layers upon layers under dependence on cold.
It has soft teddy fabric in the collar. An adjustable hood that is removable
You can fold up the reflectors on the arms when you go for an evening walk, and if you are going to town, you can easily hide them. It also has reflex on the front and the back.
If you want pockets this has more then enough for everything you may need to store! The jacket has a large back pocket with a zipper, eight pockets at the front, four of which are hand pockets lined with microfleece, perfect for sticking your hands in when you're cold. On one lower pocket, a removable candy pocket that can also be used separately on a belt. On the lower pocket, there is also an output hole on the right front pocket for your dog bags.
At the cuffs there is also a knitted cuff with a thumb grip.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange your ARRAK clothing with K9 Pro, the clothing must be returned in the condtion it was sent out to you
Clothing cannot show that it has been worn or any wear and tear and must be returned with all labels attached. Please try on pants first before removing lables.
If the above conditons are not met we cannot accept your ordered item back for a return or exchange and this then needs to be handled through Arrak directly.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
