Just shoot us an email at info@k9pro.com.au and we are happy to take it back and give you a 100% refund via store credit or money back in your hand, your choice!
Conditions apply
If outside the 30 days we will accept a return or exchange however if returning only a store credit will be applied, not a refund.
Also, postage fees are not included in any return or exchange as we cannot get Australia Post to share in our generosity.
If you do need to send an item back, all items sent back must not be used and be in their original condition and with all labels and marketing packaging, as we have to resell the product, so we need it back in the new condition as we sent it to you in.
