We do not want you to be stuck with something you do not need or want, just shoot us an email and we are happy to take it back and give you a 100% refund via store credit or money back in your hand, your choice! (conditions apply - if outside the 30 days we will accept a return or exchange however if returning only a store credit will be applied, not a refund)
That is right, no questions asked, no restocking fee! - you just need to cover postage costs for any returns or exchanges you wish to make.
Perhaps you are thinking about buying one of our awesome leather leashes, but you can't decide between the amazing Premium Leather or the ridiculously good "Soft Hide" Leather, no problem, buy both, touch and feel them when they arrive and send back the one you love the least!

You will notice that we offer the lowest postage options possible and the highest quality products so you and your dog can enjoy the time you have safely, with some great training and motivational equipment.

If you do need to send an item back, all items sent back must not be used and be in their original condition and with all labels and marketing packaging, as we have to resell the product, so we need it back in new condition as we sent it to you.
Please note: Postage fees are not included as we cannot get Australia Post to share in our generosity.
