The terms and conditions of our free shipping offers are:
Free shipping includes standard delivery by Australia Post. It excludes international orders and wholesale account orders.
Free shipping does not apply to large courier items including Orders over a certain weight, pacer treadmills, some K9 BSD products agility tunnels, dog crates and exercise pens, dog beds, IPG blinds or jumps or any items that require to be shipped via courier. This exclusion will be noted on the product descriptor.
All shipping is insured with lost in transit insurance.
Free Shipping is for standard post only. Express Post can be added at an extra charge.
Shipping Time Frames
Orders are packed and shipped for a variety of sites - in store, drop shipped to you direct from the supplier or come from a central warehouse. Some are custom ordered from overseas once the order is placed.
We endeavour to have all orders filled and shipped out within 1-3 business days. There can be additional days where there is a public holiday.
If there are any unexpected delays on getting your order to you, our customer service team will be in touch via email to notify you of the delay and updated delivery timeframes.
Overseas Shipping
Please note that free shipping does NOT apply for overseas orders and while K9 pro does it's best to accurately calculate your shipping if you are charged any additional duties or import taxes, these are payable by the customer.
